Overview

Our custom refrigeration systems are designed and built to be reliable. We offer contract manufacturing services for production runs of refrigeration systems.

Buying Components

InSource uses Cubigel and Huayi compressors and Indus coils where possible. We can use your sources, but it works best if we source and buy the parts that we assemble.

Compressor Sizes

Fractional horsepower hermetic compressors for HFC and HC refrigerants – 1/2 HP to 1/5HP.
InSource offers a support in the following sizes:
1/5 HP
1/4 HP
1/3 HP
3/8 HP
1/2 HP

Refrigerants

We support R134a and R410a (HFC) Hydrofluorocarbon refrigerants and R290a and R600a (HC) Hydrocarbon refrigerants.

Condensing Unit Assembly

Not needing a complete, fully charged Refrigeration System? We build condensing units.
More customization is available. Features can be added such as service valve, receiver, pressure switch.

Evaporator Coil Assembly

Custom built evaporator coil assemblies to your specifications and configurations. One fan, two fan, thermostat, controller, expansion valve. Let us know what you need. InSource can help size and build your evaporator coil assembly.

Leak Check

We charge the system with helium and then check for leaks.

Wire Harness Integration

We make our own harnesses and power cords ensuring high quality products.

Copper Tube Fabrication

We have our own complete copper tube fabrication line for cutting, bending, and end forming. Sizes 1/8 to 5/8 tube can be cut, bent, and brazed…. adding tubes to full assemblies to evaporators, condensers or compressors!

Brazing

Our brazers are certified to 3rd party standards. (Lucas Milhaupt – Fundamentals of Brazing Course) Copper, Brass and Steel.
ASTM B75 and ASTM B280.

Evacuation and Charging

We have full-service refrigeration lines to ensure a correctly charged system.

Packaging

To your specifications, custom or standard cartons or bulk packed in returnable containers.

Mechanical Assembly

We have strong resources to build your mechanical assembly. If it fits together, we can do it for you!

Hose Fabrication

InSource makes refrigerant hose assemblies. We cut to length, tag if needed, and crimp barb assemblies to your requirements. We meet SAE and UL testing standards. On site bursting and pull testing capabilities.

Gauge Manifold

Common parts are stocked so we can assemble into many different configuration.

Kitting/Packaging

InSource can kit replacement parts. We can put them into blister cards, clamshells, header cards, or bags.
